This workshop, led and designed by Renata Quaresma, introduced graduate students to qualitative content analysis through a practical research case. Participants explored the main features of the MAXQDA software and learned how to apply them in coding, categorizing, and interpreting qualitative data. To ensure a smooth learning experience, a preparatory guide (in Portuguese) was provided beforehand, helping participants install and configure the software prior to the session. The workshop itself combined methodological discussion with hands-on demonstration, integrating digital tools into the practice of qualitative research.
